This is where we seperate the good carburetors from the REALLY GOOD carburetors; where restrictor plates big and valves get tricked out to the max!!
Stock Carburetors Absolutely the best you can "BUY!" We start with a hand-picked carb body. We look at certain features (carb bore offset, air horn radius, etc.) the we machine cut in special areas known as, "the grey areas." The Carb is then matched up with our Big Dog throttle shaft and an altered butterfly. We then work with the carb on the bench to see if we can acheive a suitable air/fuel ratio. Our Carbs are NOT all about air flow! You've got to have the fuel flow to go along with it. We've been able to achieve both! If suitable numbers are not found, we change the throttle shafts or butterflies or Carb bodies and start all over! Will they pass tech??? SURE! Tillotson Matched Fuel Systems Whether it's for a limited modified or open, this is the most "user friendly" fast combination available. The Tillotson Carb is remachined to add a venturi in the throat of the carburetor. When air travels through this venturi, it accelerates, causing a low pressure which increases fuel flow. A "fatter," hi-speed needle is used so the Carb is not so sensitive. The filter adapter is assed along with an intake and everything is matched, blended together, and flowed as a single unit. Throttle shaft and butterfly are cut to the limit for more air flow. $265.00 Valves Valves are cut to make sure they are round and sized to WKA specs. Look for an increase in air flow and a better and longer seal to the seat. Int-$11.50 ea.-$13.50 Throttle Shafts One of our specialties! We start with a round shaft and shape it the way we want it. We can achieve the off set and angle we want, while staying within WKA specs. No matter who blueprinted your carb, there's a good chance we did the throttle shaft! $18.50

Gas Tanks It's not "will the tank leak?" It "how long will it be, before the tank leaks?" Our totally welded tanks are welded all around the factory bottom bracket, and braced on both the front and back. This also helps support your Big Dog Carb! $55.00

Restictor Plates Be sure the tech man can read his guages, they are that close! $8.95 Stock Appearing & Controlled Stock Carburetors These can be used as cheater stock carbs. Bored to .750 or .725. Bored out air horn area, polished abd fitted with a super thin throttl shaft and butterfly. Carburetors have a real good air/fuel ratio which makes them consistant and not finnicky! $220.00 Intake Valve Spring This is a super strong legal valve spring, Measures 1.485 but uses the maximum diameter wire and is heat-treated differently to make it stronger. $10.00 Cam Shafts We have three grinds that we designed and have ground by another manufactuerer just for our use. Our 06-3 is a WKA grind. Our TF-29 modified grind is a great lift cam for limited mods, opens, or stock appearing. Great bottom end torque, but can turn 9500 rpm's without losing top end speed. Not enough on valve train and comes only on a billit core.
